Let's review the curriculum and expectations for this course.
In order to apply for the CDA Credential, you must complete 120 hours of formal early childhood education training, covering the growth and development of children in the age setting which you are applying for the credential (infant and toddler, preschool or family-mixed age), with no fewer than 10 training hours in each of the eight CDA subject areas.
Course Requirements

A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of each Unit. Once you complete all 120 hours of training, you will have 8 certificates. At the end of Unit 8, you will be awarded a letter of completion for the CDA training.
